Migrate cartsnitch/api CI from ghcr.io to Gitea built-in registry at git.farh.net.

Changes:

  1. REGISTRY env var: ghcr.io -> git.farh.net
  2. Removed Docker Hub login step
  3. Removed GHCR login step, replaced with Gitea Container Registry login
  4. Removed credentials from postgres and redis service containers
