Summary

Promotes dev branch to uat after CI fix PR #3 merged.

  • Import ordering fixes (ruff compliance)
  • SQLite test compatibility fix (removed PostgreSQL-specific server_default from User stub)
  • Added missing back_populates on stub model relationships
  • All 306 tests pass, lint clean

Context

Part of monorepo breakdown [CAR-724]. Ready for UAT regression testing.
