ci: migrate GHCR → Gitea registry, use REGISTRY_TOKEN ... da9e1e9af1

Fixes CAR-1009.

- REGISTRY already git.farh.net (via CAR-964)
- Change GITEA_TOKEN → REGISTRY_TOKEN for consistency
