- Replace runs-on: runners-cartsnitch with ubuntu-latest (6 jobs)
- Remove SARIF upload step (github/codeql-action/upload-sarif)
- Replace GitHub App token with secrets.GITEA_TOKEN in deploy-dev and deploy-uat
