chore: remove committed tarballs; gitignore *.tgz

Adapter releases are distributed via the Paperclip adapter plugin
system, not tarballs in git. Removes legacy 0.1.22/0.1.23/0.1.26
tarballs and a stray screenshot, and adds *.tgz to .gitignore so
future npm pack output is not committed.
