Darren Davison 12011fa9de feat: show sub-task count in title when parent is collapsed

When a parent issue is collapsed, its title is suffixed with
"(N sub-tasks)" so the count remains visible at a glance.
The suffix disappears when the parent is expanded.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
