dotta 4426d96610 Restrict inbox keyboard shortcuts to mine tab only

All keyboard shortcuts (j/k/a/y/U/r/Enter) now only fire when the
user is on the "Mine" tab. Previously j/k and other navigation
shortcuts were active on all tabs.

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
