Summary

  • Add TC-API-1.11 through TC-API-1.15 to section 4.1 Authentication in UAT_PLAYBOOK.md
  • Covers existing staff unaffected by OIDC login, auto-provisioned flags, and name fallback variants

Test plan

  • Verify TC-API-1.11–TC-API-1.15 appear in UAT playbook after TC-API-1.10
  • Table formatting consistent with existing rows

  • UAT_PLAYBOOK.md: 5 rows added (TC-API-1.11–1.15), 0 deletions, no other files touched
  • Row content and formatting match the spec and existing table style
  • CI failures are pre-existing on dev baseline (identical failure pattern at install-deps step); not caused by this documentation-only change

Approved for merge to dev.
