fix(web): remove redundant nginx /api/ proxy block
API routing is handled exclusively by HTTPRoute in K8s. The nginx /api/ proxy block was never hit in those environments and creates architectural confusion. Co-Authored-By: Paperclip <noreply@paperclip.ing>
