User Feedback

Clients with multiple pets almost always book them together in the same visit. Sometimes these pets are scheduled with more than one groomer (e.g., two dogs seen simultaneously by different groomers). Current tools make this workflow cumbersome.

Requirements

  • Support linking multiple pets under a single client
  • Allow booking multiple pets in a single appointment or grouped appointment block
  • Support assigning different groomers to different pets within the same client visit
  • Calendar should display grouped bookings clearly so staff can see the full picture
