Add comprehensive UAT playbook for the GroomBook monorepo covering 19 test sections:

Changes

  • Added UAT_PLAYBOOK.md at repository root
  • Covers all major user flows and features
  • Includes test cases for authentication, client/pet management, scheduling, payments, and more
  • Defines pass/fail criteria and update policy

  4. Test Cases (19 subsections)
  5. Pass/Fail Criteria
  6. Update Policy
