Remove stale references to "no-self-merge contract" left by org#17 (GRO-2377 fast-follow).

Changes

  • skills/sdlc/SKILL.md — updated PR discipline cross-reference: "no-self-merge contract" → "PR self-merge rule"
  • skills/coding-standards/SKILL.md — updated frontmatter description: field to match body policy
  • skills/devops/SKILL.md — same cross-reference fix (not mentioned in issue but required by acceptance criteria)

Returns nothing — all stale references removed.

docs(skills): remove stale no-self-merge contract refs (GRO-2763) 6aa415c5bc 
org#17 (GRO-2377) rewrote the uat→main merge-gate policy to permit
engineer self-merge, but left stale cross-references in sdlc, devops,
and coding-standards skills. Update all three to say "PR self-merge
rule" instead.
