fix: add non-null assertion on listener.mock.calls[0] (TS strict mode)
CI / Lint & Typecheck (pull_request) Successful in 16s
CI / Test (pull_request) Successful in 2m26s
CI / Build & Push Docker Image (pull_request) Successful in 59s

Lines 28 and 40 access mock.calls[0] which is possibly undefined under
strict TypeScript. Adding ! to satisfy TS2532.
