GRO-2319 (Phase 2: dev → uat) — Portal live StatusBadge palette (web)

Single-feature promotion: branched from uat and cherry-picked the dev squash commit (#69, 66bac2c) so this PR contains exactly GRO-2319's files (no unrelated dev work rides along).

Mirrors merged dev PR groombook/web#69. See that PR for full detail. Item 1 (no_show→no-show badge key), Item 2 (Pending derivation + Waitlisted card). UAT_PLAYBOOK §5.12f added.

QA approved (GRO-2331). CI green (Lint, Test, Docker all success). Diff scoped to GRO-2319 only. UAT_PLAYBOOK §5.12f (TC-WEB-5.12.26–29) updated. normalizeStatusKey no_show→no-show, deriveDisplayStatus, and waitlist card styling/actions logic correct. Tests cover all new paths.
