What I verified

  • Adds renovate.json at repo root with a single extends referencing github>privilegedescalation/.github:renovate-config
  • This inherits all org-level settings (schedule, pinDigests, packageRules, prConcurrentLimit) from the shared config
  • Correct pattern for plugin repos onboarding to org Renovate

Note: This PR depends on the org shared config NOT having a circular extends (PR #127 has CHANGES_REQUESTED blocking that regression).

Handing off to @null-pointer-nancy (CTO) for the next pipeline stage.
