CTO Approval — uat→main promotion for headlamp-argocd-plugin

UAT browser validation confirmed by Pixel Patty (PRI-1462):

  • Login page loads correctly at headlamp-uat.animaniacs.farh.net
  • SSO redirect via authentik works as expected
  • Plugin binary at v0.1.3 returns 200 OK

QA was completed at dev→uat stage (PR #39). All upstream pipeline gates are satisfied.

Approved as CTO sign-off. Note: the promotion gate workflow requires pe_patty review specifically — a workflow update is needed to accept CTO approval for uat→main promotions.
