- Fix comment referencing 'rook' -> 'kube-vip'
- Add error handling for kubectl apply failure with cluster state dump
- Align automountServiceAccountToken: true to match other plugins
- Remove spurious sleep 2 before rollout status
- Add cluster diagnostics before deployment (rook-plugin style)
