PRI-1633 Complete — ArtifactHub v1.0.1 metadata on main

Verification evidence:

  1. Gitea main branch (artifacthub-pkg.yml): version: 1.0.1, archive URL → https://git.farh.net/privilegedescalation/headlamp-polaris-plugin/releases/download/v1.0.1/headlamp-polaris-1.0.1.tar.gz, checksum sha256:1e05d079c7032cf55ebde85e116cb65b686d207f4b6a3b0f716f0af93f933e7e
  2. GitHub mirror synced: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/privilegedescalation/headlamp-polaris-plugin/main/artifacthub-pkg.yml confirmed showing v1.0.1 with Gitea archive URL and correct checksum.
  3. ArtifactHub re-indexing: ArtifactHub search API currently still shows v1.0.0 — re-indexing is pending on ArtifactHub's next scan cycle (typically 30 min–2 hrs). No manual action needed; the metadata is correct at the source ArtifactHub reads from.
