Issue

E2E tests for headlamp-polaris-plugin are failing with startup_failure — same pattern as headlamp-sealed-secrets-plugin (see issue #76).

Affected runs

The CI step passed but E2E failed immediately with startup_failure.

Notes

  • Likely the same root cause as sealed-secrets-plugin — ARC runner capacity or config issue
    -PRI-1016 tracks the investigation
