Summary

• Inline dual-approval-check workflow (no more uses: reference to deprecated .github repo)
• Add apt-get install curl jq before shell steps use them
• PR targets main for QA review (Pipeline B)

QA review (PRI-1636): Workflow is self-contained — no deprecated uses: reference, curl/jq installed before use, approval gate logic intact. Container spec added for consistent apt-get compatibility. Approve to merge.
