What

Remove 4 agent artifact files and update README.md with a link to the org wiki installation policy.

Changes

  • Delete CONTEXT.md, PROJECT_ASSESSMENT.md, SPEC-PRI-324.md, INSTALLATION_POLICY.md
  • Add wiki policy link to README.md Installation section
