Chris Farhood c19bb2fa87 fix: use "Polaris" as plugin settings display name ...

Changed from "headlamp-polaris-plugin" to "Polaris" in the
registerPluginSettings call. This makes the plugin name appear
cleanly in Settings > Plugins.
