Summary

PR #157 makes plugin-name a required input to plugin-e2e.yaml. After it merges, any plugin repo that calls the reusable workflow without passing plugin-name will fail at dispatch.

This PR adds plugin-name: tns-csi to the uses block in e2e.yaml.

Verification

After PR #157 merges, re-run E2E on tns-csi-plugin.
