Summary

  • Extracts the "Product context" section from Karen's (CPMO) AGENTS.md into a new company skill at skills/product-context/SKILL.md
  • Adds proper YAML frontmatter (name, description) following existing skill format
  • Updates CLAUDE.md with skill documentation and loading order: safety → sdlc → coding-standards → product-context

Context

Part of PRI-1094 — agent and process review. This skill enables product context to be version-controlled, assignable to multiple agents, and cleanly separated from Karen's role instructions.

Resolves PRI-1095.
