Merge pull request 'chore: promote dev to uat (CAR-1009)' (#16) from dev into uat

Fixes CAR-1009.

- REGISTRY already git.farh.net (via CAR-964)
- Change GITEA_TOKEN → REGISTRY_TOKEN for consistency
