fix: install Claude Code CLI so Happy Coder can find it

Happy Coder requires the `claude` CLI to be present but it was never installed in the image. Add @anthropic-ai/claude-code to the npm global install step alongside happy-coder. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
