docs: final README pass

- Add Antigravity and SSH to feature list in intro
- Add shm.sizeLimit to Display/resources table
- Update startup flow to show accurate antigravity launch flags
- Fix kubectl describe label selector
- Add troubleshooting note for latest-tag pod restart
