chore: release version 0.4.8

fix(chart): add missing MCP sidecars to values schema (#47 )
PR #45 added fetch and sequentialthinking MCP sidecars to values.yaml and the deployment template but missed updating values.schema.json. The schema has additionalProperties: false on mcp.sidecars, causing Helm upgrade to fail with validation errors. Also adds resourceProfile to the schema as it was missing.
