chore: release version 0.4.4

The Playwright MCP server binds to 127.0.0.1 by default, which makes
it unreachable by Kubernetes liveness/readiness probes from the kubelet.
Add --host 0.0.0.0 to bind to all interfaces.

Fixes #42
