Summary

Promotes dev → uat after merging PR #14 (GRO-1231).

Changes included

  • Dockerfile: adds pnpm-workspace.yaml to COPY in deps and runner stages
  • pnpm-workspace.yaml: removes stale packages/* entry

CI

All checks passed on the dev PR. No user-facing behavior changes.

Code was already reviewed on PR #14; this is the branch-protection approval for dev→uat promotion (GRO-1231). Note: 'Update Infra Image Tags' failed with a missing infra overlay path (apps/groombook/overlays/dev/kustomization.yaml) — this is a non-required check and a separate infra repo issue.
