Flea Flicker 0625961adf fix(GRO-1764): change Max coat_type "short" to "smooth" in UAT seed ...

The DB coat_type enum only accepts: smooth, double, wire, curly, long, hairless.
"short" is not a valid value — corrected to "smooth".
