Summary

  • Add missing §4.20 Staff Messages test cases covering the staff Messages page introduced in PR #405
  • Resolves the QA blocker on PR #408 (GRO-1254)

Test plan

  • Verify UAT_PLAYBOOK.md now contains 6 test cases for staff messaging (§4.20)
  • QA can re-approve PR #408 after this merges to dev
