Summary

Updates the main groombook/groombook README to reflect current shipped features and serve as a compelling entry point for potential users and contributors.

Changes

  • Positioning statement + tagline at the top: "Built for groomers, not corporations."
  • Live demo link (groombook.farh.net) prominent at the top and in its own section
  • Shipped feature list updated to the 6 confirmed live features:
    • iCal calendar feed
    • Waitlist system
    • Quick-find client & pet search
    • Customer portal (confirm/cancel)
    • Appointment notes
    • RBAC
  • Structure reordered: demo and Docker Compose quick-start above the fold; tech stack and local dev details below
  • Removed references to unshipped features (POS/invoicing, automated reminders, reporting dashboard, PWA offline mode)

Why

Old README listed features that haven't shipped and buried the demo link. This brings the README in line with the marketing strategy from GRO-64 and the live site at groombook.github.io.
