Promote dev → uat

Carries 1 dev commit:

  • #349 fix(E2E): add missing API mocks for invoices stats and portal billing — GRO-693
    • apps/e2e/tests/navigation.spec.ts: add /api/invoices/stats/summary mock with correct ordering (specific before general /api/invoices)
    • apps/e2e/tests/portal-data.spec.ts: replace deprecated /api/billing glob with the three correct portal endpoints

SDLC gates

  • QA: Lint Roller approved at 02:59 UTC
  • CI: all green (Lint & Typecheck, Test, E2E, Build, Build & Push, Deploy PR to groombook-dev, Web E2E Dev)
  • Dev merge: #349 merged at 15:05 UTC
  • Security: docs/test-only change, no new attack surface
