Promotion: dev → uat

Promotes the CI workflow path fix from [GRO-1289] to UAT.

Changes included

  • PR #418: Fixed CI workflow paths in .github/workflows/ci.yml — corrected apps/groombook/overlays/dev → apps/overlays/dev and apps/groombook/base → apps/base

Risk

Minimal — infrastructure-only change (CI config paths). No user-facing behavior change.
