feat(GRO-2516): create .gitignore with agent-runtime credential stanza
Adds root-level .gitignore to prevent accidental commit of agent
credential artifacts (.gh-token, .config/gh/, .claude/, .codex/,
AGENT_HOME) per the GRO-2516 guardrail.
