Summary

Rolling back from Forgejo to GitHub. Restores proper GitHub-based instructions for all agents whose GITHUB.md files still referenced Forgejo.

Board has already restored CEO (scrubs-mcbarkley) — this PR covers the remaining agents.

Changes

  • the-dogfather: Replace old review policy (2-approver model) with correct 3-environment SDLC. Update auth to use github-app-token skill with gh auth login --with-token. Add CTO Review Gate section.
  • flea-flicker: Expand stub (had only a one-liner) to full GitHub instructions with auth and merge policy.
  • lint-roller: Same as flea-flicker — expand incomplete stub to full instructions.
  • pawla-abdul: Replace old 2-approver review policy with correct 3-environment SDLC. Update auth. Preserve CMO Repos section.

Also updated

Local agent instruction files updated in parallel to keep in sync:

  • /agents/2a556501.../instructions/GITHUB.md (CTO)
  • /agents/515a927a.../instructions/GITHUB.md (Flea Flicker)
  • /agents/7332abb9.../instructions/GITHUB.md (Pawla Abdul)
