Promotion of UAT_PLAYBOOK.md and auth client changes from dev to uat.

Summary

  • Merged: docs(GRO-1289): restore full UAT_PLAYBOOK with auth base URL test cases
  • Adds UAT_PLAYBOOK.md with auth base URL resolution test cases
  • Updates auth client to use window.location.origin fallback when VITE_API_URL is unset

Test Plan

  • QA approved PR #5 in web repo with all tests passing
  • Ready for UAT regression testing on uat environment

The single changed file (UAT_PLAYBOOK.md) correctly adds auth base URL resolution test cases (TC-AUTH-5.2.x and TC-AUTH-5.3.x) to document the window.location.origin fallback behaviour introduced in the auth client. Section numbering is consistent. UAT_PLAYBOOK.md update requirement satisfied. Approving.
