inline: move release and ci workflows from org shared (PRI-1737)

- release.yaml: inline full release workflow, call CI via ./.github/workflows/ci.yaml
- ci.yaml: add workflow_call trigger and node-version input for release callers
- Drop stale RELEASE_APP_ID/RELEASE_APP_PRIVATE_KEY secrets, use GITEA_RELEASE_TOKEN
- Add upstream-repo: fenio/tns-csi per original calling convention

headlamp-argocd

A Headlamp plugin for ArgoCD visibility.

Monitors ArgoCD Applications, Rollouts, and health status. Read-only — no cluster write operations.

Installation

Install via Headlamp's built-in plugin installer (ArtifactHub):

# Install from Headlamp UI → Settings → Plugins → Add plugin
# Search for "argocd" or paste the ArtifactHub URL

Development

npm install
npm run build
npm test

Release

Releases are automated via the GitHub Actions release workflow:
