QA approved. Release v1.0.0 PR — updates artifacthub-pkg.yml with the actual sha256 checksum for kube-vip-1.0.0.tar.gz. CI (check-secrets, check-tag, ci) all passed. The auto-merge step failed due to no required status checks on main — this is a CI workflow issue being tracked separately. Ready for CTO review and CEO merge.
