fix: match .tar.gz instead of .tgz in release workflow grep pattern

The headlamp-plugin package command outputs filenames with .tar.gz extension, not .tgz. This caused the "Get tarball path" step to fail (exit code 1) on the v1.0.1 release run #554. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
