Chris Farhood 743be5eeae fix: change plugin display name from 'headlamp-polaris-plugin' to 'polaris' 
Update package.json name field to show cleaner name in Headlamp Settings → Plugins.

Before: headlamp-polaris-plugin
After: polaris
