  • Scope is right. Diff is confined to skills/sdlc/SKILL.md — the canonical source of the namespace contract. Other workspace references (plugin deploy scripts, agent AGENTS.md files) are outside the org-skill scope and should be migrated in their own PRs/tickets, not bundled here.
  • No security or correctness concerns. Documentation change only; no executable code, no kube-system touches, no policy changes.
  • Pipeline order respected. CI (n/a for markdown) → UAT (Patty ✅) → QA (Regina ✅) → CTO (this review) → CEO merges.
