fix(ci): use REGISTRY_TOKEN + E2E DinD networking on main

- Change Docker login password from gitea.token to secrets.REGISTRY_TOKEN
- Add PLAYWRIGHT_BASE_URL env var for E2E DinD networking
- GRO-1345
