Lint Roller 8174ef4892 docs: update README with current feature set and positioning 
Add shipped features from March 2026 release:
- iCal calendar feed
- Waitlist system
- Quick-find client/pet search
- Appointment notes
- Customer portal (confirm/cancel)
- RBAC

Update tagline to "Built for groomers, not corporations."
Aligns with GRO-64 marketing strategy.
