'@kinvolk/headlamp-plugin/lib/lib/k8s/cluster' instead of using the
official public API '@kinvolk/headlamp-plugin/lib'.

v0.2.4 tarball had the old v0.2.0 package.json with the broken
"main": "dist/main.js" field.
